	Am 11. Juni 2004 gab die Kommission gemäß Artikel 43 EURATOM-Vertrag eine positive Stellungnahme ab, in der sie den Schluss zog, dass das in Rede stehende Projekt dazu beiträgt, die Sicherheit und Angebotsvielfalt der Energieversorgung sowohl auf regionaler als auch auf europäischer Ebene zu verbessern und dass alle Elemente dieses Investitionsvorhabens mit den Zielen des EURATOM-Vertrags in Einklang stehen. [EU]	On 11 June 2004 the Commission gave a positive opinion in accordance with Article 43 of the Euratom Treaty in which it concluded that the industrial project in question contributed to improving the security and diversity of supply at both regional and European level and that all aspects of the investment were consistent with the objectives of the Euratom Treaty.
