Da es folglich keinen Grund zu der Annahme gab, dass das Produkt eine Gefahr für die menschliche Gesundheit oder die Umwelt darstellt, legte die Kommission gemäß dem Verfahren des Artikels 30 Absatz 2 der Richtlinie 2001/18/EG am 29. Therefore, the competent authority in the executing State is not required in all cases to take the same protection measure as those which were adopted in the issuing State, and has a degree of discretion to adopt any measure which it deems adequate and appropriate under its national law in a similar case in order to provide continued protection to the protected person in the light of the protection measure adopted in the issuing State as described in the European protection order.
