In Brüssel auf Einladung des Goethe-Instituts und seinem Partner CICEB, einem gemeinnützigen Verein, in dem 12 Kulturinstitute zusammenarbeiten, sollten sie diskutieren und kreative multilaterale Projekte organisieren - Eindrücke eines Teilnehmers. [G]
