Am 8. Juli 2008 erklärte das Gericht erster Instanz Artikel 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 428/2005 im Hinblick auf Huvis für nichtig. [EU]

On 8 July 2008, the CFI [8] annulled Article 2 of Regulation 428/2005 with regard to Huvis.

Am 8. Juli 2008 erklärte das Gericht erster Instanz Artikel 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 428/2005 in Bezug auf die Einführung des Antidumpingzolls auf Einfuhren von Waren, die von dem koreanischen Unternehmen Huvis Corp hergestellt und ausgeführt werden, für nichtig. [EU]

On 8 July 2008, the Court of First instance annulled Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 428/2005, to a limited extent, in relation to the anti-dumping duty imposed on exports into the European Community of goods produced and exported by the Korean company Huvis Corp [4].
