Anhand der im geänderten Umstrukturierungsplan vorgesehenen Kapitalerhöhung durch Fintecna im Umfang von 216 Mio. EUR im Hinblick auf einen noch nicht verfügbaren Endwert zugunsten von Fintecna von 354,5 Mio. EUR mit einem IRR von 25,3 % kommt der Wirtschaftsprüfer zu dem Schluss, dass ein Endwert unter 10 % (320 Mio. EUR) z. B. aufgrund von einem Ergebnis von Fintecna von unter 10 % einen IRR von 20,7 % ergeben würde. [EU]
