[G]	The qualitative architectural imports of the past 12 months have been tremendous: from the Allianz Arena in Munich by Basel-based architects Herzog & de Meuron to the Phaeno science museum in Wolfsburg by London's Zaha Hadid, the recently inaugurated Mercedes Benz Museum in Stuttgart by Ben Van Berkel from Amsterdam and the soon-to-be-completed BMW World Building in Munich by Viennese architects Coop Himmelb(l)au.
