	Abweichend von Artikel 5 zahlt jede registrierte Ratingagentur, die gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 1 eine Jahresaufsichtsgebühr zu entrichten hat, im Jahr ihrer Registrierung für jeden vollen Monat zwischen dem Datum der Registrierung und dem Ende des Geschäftsjahres eine anfängliche Aufsichtsgebühr von 500 EUR.
