Artikel 103 Berichtigung von Urteilen und Beschlüssen [EU]

Auf seiner Tagung vom 15. und 16. Oktober 1999 in Tampere hat der Europäische Rat den Grundsatz der gegenseitigen Anerkennung von Urteilen und anderen Entscheidungen von Justizbehörden als Eckstein der justiziellen Zusammenarbeit in Zivilsachen unterstützt und den Rat und die Kommission ersucht, ein Maßnahmenprogramm zur Umsetzung dieses Grundsatzes anzunehmen. The European Council meeting in Tampere on 15 and 16 October 1999 endorsed the principle of mutual recognition of judgments and other decisions of judicial authorities as the cornerstone of judicial cooperation in civil matters and invited the Council and the Commission to adopt a programme of measures to implement that principle.
