	(9) Artikel 36d der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1060/2009 sieht vor, dass von der ESMA gemäß Artikel 36a und 36b dieser Verordnung verhängte Sanktionen vollstreckbar sind und diese Vollstreckung unter die zivilrechtlichen Regeln des Staats fällt, in dessen Hoheitsgebiet sie ausgeführt wird.
