Alcatel-Lucent vertritt die Meinung, dass in den Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 3577/92 und (EWG) Nr. 4055/86 Zielorte nicht streng als Häfen bzw. Häfen und Offshore-Anlagen eingegrenzt werden.
