1 Ein Schuldner und ein Gläubiger können die Konditionen einer finanziellen Verbindlichkeit neu aushandeln und vereinbaren, dass der Schuldner die Verbindlichkeit durch Ausgabe von Eigenkapitalinstrumenten an den Gläubiger ganz oder teilweise tilgt. [EU]
