Subsection II of Section II of Chapter I of Title I of Part II shall be replaced by the following:

(4) Bis zum 1. Juni 2015 geben die Lieferanten von Gemischen, die Absatz 3 anwenden, in Unterabschnitt 3.2 des jeweiligen Sicherheitsdatenblatts die Einstufung der darin aufgeführten Stoffe gemäß der Richtlinie 67/548/EWG, einschließlich der Gefahrenbezeichnung, der Gefahrensymbole und der R-Sätze, zusätzlich zur Einstufung einschließlich Gefahrenhinweisen gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 an. Until 1 June 2015, suppliers of mixtures applying paragraph 3 shall provide in subsection 3.2 of the relevant safety data sheets the classification of the substances indicated in that subsection in accordance with Directive 67/548/EEC, including indication of danger, symbol letter(s) and R phrases, in addition to the classification including hazard statements in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

4. Teil II Titel I Kapitel I Abschnitt II Unterabschnitt III erhält folgende Fassung: [EU]

Until 1 June 2015, suppliers of mixtures applying paragraph 3 shall provide in subsection 2.1 of the relevant safety data sheets the classification of the mixture in accordance with Directive 1999/45/EC in addition to the classification including hazard statements in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

Subsection 4 Securitisation

By derogation from paragraph 4(i), when the continuing airworthiness of an aircraft not used in commercial air transport is managed by a continuing airworthiness management organisation approved in accordance with Section A, Subpart G of this Annex (Part M) not subject to the oversight of the Member State of registry, and only if agreed with the Member State of registry prior to the approval of the maintenance programme:

By way of derogation from the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, for the 12-month periods starting on 1 April 2009 and 1 April 2010 and as regards deliveries the surplus levy shall be payable on milk marketed in excess of the national quota as established in accordance with Subsection II and reduced by individual quotas for deliveries released into the national reserve in accordance with Article 75(1)(a) as from 30 November 2009 and kept therein until 31 March of the 12-month period concerned.';

By derogation from point M.A.801(b), in the case of unforeseen situations, when an aircraft is grounded at a location where no approved maintenance organisation appropriately approved under this Annex or Annex II (Part-145) and no appropriate certifying staff are available, the owner may authorise any person, with not less than three years of appropriate maintenance experience and holding the proper qualifications, to maintain according to the standards set out in Subpart D of this Annex and release the aircraft.

By derogation from points M.A.901(c)2 and M.A.901(e)2, for aircraft that are in a controlled environment, the organisation referred to in (b) managing the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft, subject to compliance with paragraph (k), may extend twice for a period of one year each time the validity of an airworthiness review certificate that has been issued by the competent authority or by another continuing airworthiness management organisation approved in accordance with Section A, Subpart G of this Annex (Part M).
