[EU]	Due to the above, it may reasonably be concluded that the allegation contained in the complaint is confirmed, i.e. that the vast majority of exports from the PRC to Morocco were merely transhipped via Morocco to the Community.
	Aus diesen Gründen und angesichts der bereits erwähnten Tatsache, dass die SWR-Einfuhren aus der Volksrepublik China nach Einführung der Antidumpingzölle durch Einfuhren aus Marokko ersetzt wurden, ist mangels einer anderen Erklärung der Schluss zu ziehen, dass die Veränderung des Handelsgefüges auf die Einführung des Zolls zurückzuführen ist und dass ansonsten eine hinreichende Begründung oder wirtschaftliche Rechtfertigung im Sinne des Artikels 13 Absatz 1 Satz 2 der Grundverordnung fehlt. [EU]	In view of the above, and given that the abovementioned substitution of imports from the PRC by imports from Morocco took place in the period following the imposition of anti-dumping duties, it has to be concluded, in the absence of any other explanation, that the change in the pattern of trade stemmed from the imposition of the duty rather than from any other sufficient due cause or economic justification within the meaning of Article 13(1), second sentence, of the basic Regulation.

	Außerdem zeigte ein Vergleich der gesamten in den koreanischen Statistiken erfassten koreanischen SWR-Ausfuhren und der überprüften Angaben der kooperierenden ausführenden Hersteller zu ihrer Produktion, dass die von den koreanischen Herstellern für die Ausfuhr vorgesehene Produktion (118856 Tonnen) im UZ erheblich geringer war als die Gesamtausfuhren aus Korea (156440 Tonnen). [EU]	In view of the above finding of circumvention within the meaning of Article 13(1) of the basic Regulation, the existing anti-dumping measures on SWR originating in the PRC should be extended to the same product consigned from Morocco, whether declared as originating in Morocco or not, pursuant to the same Article 13(1) of the basic Regulation, with the exception of products manufactured by the cooperating producer Remer Maroc SARL.
