Ab dem 26. März 2004, dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem die Stadt ihre Eigentumsrechte an den Gebäuden an AGVO übertrug, trat AGVO in dem langfristigen Mietvertrag mit PAKHUIZEN als Vertragspartner an die Stelle der Stadt. [EU]
