	Am 31. [EU]	On 31 May 2006, the Commission received a complaint concerning peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in the United States of America (USA), the People's Republic of China (PRC) and Taiwan lodged pursuant to Article 5 of the basic Regulation by CEFIC (the complainant) on behalf of producers representing 100 % of the total Community production of persulphates.
	Angesichts obiger Ausführungen wird der Schluss gezogen, dass die gedumpten Einfuhren von Persulfaten aus der VR China, den USA und Taiwan eine bedeutende Schädigung im Sinne des Artikels 3 Absatz 6 der Grundverordnung verursacht haben. [EU]	Given the above, it is concluded that the dumped imports of persulphates from the PRC, USA and Taiwan have caused material injury within the meaning of Article 3(6) of the basic Regulation.
	Anhand der von den Einführern vorgelegten Informationen wurde jedoch festgestellt, dass im UZ der Anteil der Persulfat-Einfuhren am Gesamtumsatz des Unternehmens zu vernachlässigen war (zwischen 0,03 % und 1,3 %). [EU]	However, on the basis of information submitted by the importers concerned, it was established that the proportion of persulphates imports in the company's total turnover represented only a negligible part (i.e. between 0,03 % and 1,3 %) during the IP.
	Aufgrund der vorstehenden Analyse, bei der die Auswirkungen aller bekannten Faktoren auf die Lage des Wirtschaftszweigs der Gemeinschaft ordnungsgemäß gegen die schädigenden Auswirkungen der gedumpten Einfuhren abgegrenzt wurden, wird der vorläufige Schluss gezogen, dass die Einfuhren von Persulfaten aus der VR China, den USA und Taiwan eine bedeutende Schädigung des Wirtschaftszweigs der Gemeinschaft im Sinne des Artikels 3 Absatz 6 der Grundverordnung verursacht haben. [EU]	Based on the above analysis, which has properly distinguished and separated the effects of all known factors having an effect on the situation of the Community industry from the injurious effect of the dumped imports, it is provisionally concluded that the imports of persulphates from the PRC, the US and Taiwan have caused material injury to the Community industry within the meaning of Article 3(6) of the basic Regulation.

	Da es nicht möglich war, die Daten für die Persulfate aus dieser größeren Warenkategorie zu isolieren, wurde die Auffassung vertreten, dass die Eurostat-Einfuhrdaten für diesen KN-Code kein zuverlässiges Bild der Situation lieferten und daher nicht verwendet werden sollten. [EU]	As it was not possible to retrieve from this broader category of products the data for persulphates only, it was considered that import data from Eurostat concerning this particular CN code would not reflect a reliable picture of the situation and should therefore not be used.
	Danach prüfte die Kommission für jedes Unternehmen, ob die jeweiligen repräsentativen Inlandsverkäufe von Persulfaten als Geschäfte im normalen Handelsverkehr im Sinne des Artikels 2 Absatz 4 der Grundverordnung angesehen werden konnten. [EU]	The Commission subsequently examined whether the domestic sales of each type of persulphates sold domestically in representative quantities by each company in each exporting country could be considered as being made in the ordinary course of trade pursuant to Article 2(4) of the basic Regulation.
	Daraufhin nahm die Kommission Kontakt zu allen bekannten Persulfat-Herstellern in den anderen Ländern auf, in denen ihres Wissens eine solche Produktion existierte, nämlich Indien und der Türkei, und sandte ihnen Fragebogen zu. [EU]	The Commission then contacted and sent questionnaires to all known producers of persulphates in the other countries where the Commission was aware that such producers existed, namely India and Turkey.
