Damit die Kommission über die Notwendigkeit eines Stichprobenverfahrens entscheiden und gegebenenfalls eine Stichprobe bilden konnte, wurden die Ausführer/Hersteller in den USA gebeten, mit der Kommission Kontakt aufzunehmen und ihr für den Zeitraum vom 1.
