Based on the above assessment of the OPAK report, the Authority concludes that since the economic disadvantages of the obligation to construct the underground parking spaces and the cost of demolishing the condemned building are estimated to amount to NOK 8,6 million in total, and the value of the property is estimated to NOK 3,2 million, the transaction does not confer any economic advantage on Grunnsteinen AS.
