[EU] The Authority therefore considers that there was no unconditional bidding procedure in connection with the sale of the air base en bloc and that the possibility to preclude the existence of State aid on that basis, pursuant to Section 2.1 of the State Aid Guidelines on State aid elements in sales of land and buildings, is therefore excluded.
