[EU]	As Sovello received aid in the past for a previous investment project Sovello1 on the same location (on land adjacent to the Sovello2 site), and less than three years elapsed between the start of works on Sovello1 (2005) and Sovello2 (July 2006), it is necessary to establish whether this investment forms a single investment project with the notified project Sovello2.
	Da Sovello den Angaben Deutschlands zufolge nicht die Absicht hat, bei der Solarmodulproduktion anfallende (Zwischen)Produkte (wie Solarwafer und Solarzellen) zu verkaufen, sondern alle Zwischenprodukte für die eigene integrierte Solarmodulproduktion zu verwenden, wird die Kommission Solarwafer und Solarzellen nicht als gesonderte betroffene Produkte einstufen.
