[EU]	In the light of the above, it is considered that special provisions are needed in order to ensure that the countervailing duty is levied on DRAM chips or mounted DRAMs manufactured by companies subject to the countervailing duty and incorporated in multi-combinational forms of DRAMs originating in countries other than the Republic of Korea.
	Aus den vorstehenden Gründen vertritt die Kommission die Auffassung, dass Sonderbestimmungen erforderlich sind, um sicherzustellen, dass der Ursprung von DRAM-Multikombinationsformen ordnungsgemäß angegeben wird und die Zollbehörden die entsprechenden Kontrollen vornehmen können.
