	(1) Artikel 4k bis 4t der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2454/93 der Kommission in der Fassung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 312/2009 [3] regeln, dass nicht im Zollgebiet der Gemeinschaft ansässige Wirtschaftsbeteiligte von den Zollbehörden oder der bezeichneten Behörde des zuständigen Mitgliedstaates registriert werden müssen.
