"Dachorganismus für gemeinsame Anlagen"/("Umbrella collective investment undertaking") bezeichnet einen Organismus für gemeinsame Anlagen, dessen Vermögen in Anteilen eines oder mehrerer Organismen für gemeinsame Anlagen angelegt ist und sich aus unterschiedlichen Wertpapierkategorien oder Wertpapieren unterschiedlicher Bezeichnung zusammensetzt.
