	Da beide in Punkt 24 Buchstabe b der Rahmenregelung vorgesehenen Bedingungen erfüllt worden sind (das Marktwachstum ist nicht zu niedrig und die Erhöhung der Produktionskapazität ist geringer als 5 %), stellt die Kommission fest, dass die geprüfte Beihilfemaßnahme Punkt 24 Buchstabe b der Rahmenregelung entspricht.
