	12. Artikel 1 Absatz 1 Buchstabe d) des Gesetzesdekrets DL 269/2003 sieht vor, dass die an der Börse neu zugelassenen Unternehmen, die die Voraussetzungen gemäß Artikel 11 des Gesetzesdekrets DL 269/2003 erfüllen, die Aufwendungen für den Börsengang (IPO) im Jahr 2004 von ihrem steuerpflichtigen Einkommen in Abzug bringen können. [EU]	Article 1(1)(d) of DL 269/2003 provides that newly listed companies fulfilling the conditions laid down in Article 11 of DL 269/2003 may reduce their taxable income by an amount equal to the IPO expenses they incur in 2004.
	Auch wenn es sich bei den Branchenverbänden um juristische Personen des privaten Rechts handelt und ihre Finanzierung durch die Beiträge des betreffenden Sektors gesichert wird, muss der Staat tätig werden, damit das System freiwilliger Pflichtbeiträge funktionieren kann. 	Branchenverbände sind Zusammenschlüsse verschiedener Berufsgruppen eines Wirtschaftszweigs, die für die landwirtschaftliche Erzeugung und für die Verarbeitung, die Vermarktung oder den Vertrieb besonders repräsentativ sind und die von der zuständigen Behörde als Branchenvertretung anerkannt werden. [EU]	Inter-branch organisations (IPO) are umbrella groups that bring together, by farm sector, the different professions which are the most representative of agricultural production, and, if appropriate, processing, marketing and distribution, and which are recognised as inter-branch organisations by the competent administrative authority.
