Of the important debut novels published last autumn, "Caspar" by Beate Rothmaier is particularly worthy of attention. Finally, we come to Matthias Göritz's "Der kurze Traum des Jakob Voss (The Short Dream of Jakob Voss)" in which, once again, everything turns around puberty as a phase that can determine someone's whole life.
