	Am 23. Mai und am 3. Juli 2006 reichten die nachstehend genannten Gemeinschaftshersteller einen Antrag auf Überprüfung wegen des bevorstehenden Außerkrafttretens der geltenden Maßnahmen gemäß Artikel 11 Absatz 2 der Grundverordnung sowie einen Antrag auf eine teilweise Interimsüberprüfung gemäß Artikel 11 Absatz 3 der Grundverordnung, die auf die Untersuchung des Dumpings bei Jindal Poly Films Limited ("Jindal") beschränkt war, ein: Du Pont Teijin Films, Mitsubishi Polyester Film GmbH und Nuroll SpA ("Antragsteller"). [EU]	On 23 May 2006 and 3 July 2006 respectively, a request for an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of the basic Regulation and a request for a partial interim review pursuant to Article 11(3) of the basic Regulation, limited to the examination of dumping by Jindal Poly Films Limited (Jindal), were lodged by the following Community producers: Du Pont Teijin Films, Mitsubishi Polyester Film GmbH and Nuroll SpA (the applicants).
	Angesichts der Schlussfolgerungen im Hinblick auf die Höhe der Subventionierung von Jindal und der Tatsache, dass die bestehenden Maßnahmen zum Ausgleich der festgestellten anfechtbaren Subventionen nicht ausreichen, sollte der Ausgleichszoll für Jindal geändert werden, damit den jetzt festgestellten Subventionsbeträgen Rechnung getragen wird. [EU]	In view of the conclusions reached with regard to the level of subsidisation of Jindal and the insufficiency of the existing measure to counteract the countervailable subsidies found, the countervailing duty with regard to Jindal should be amended in order to reflect the new subsidisation levels found.
	Auf der Grundlage der vorstehenden Tatsachen und Erwägungen und in Anbetracht der verfügbaren Informationen wird der Schluss gezogen, dass im Einklang mit Artikel 11 Absatz 3 der Grundverordnung die derzeitige Überprüfung eingestellt werden sollte und der mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1676/2001 eingeführte Antidumpingzoll auf die Einfuhren von PET-Folien, die von Jindal Poly Films Limited hergestellt und in die Gemeinschaft ausgeführt werden, in Höhe von 0 % aufrechterhalten werden sollte. [EU]	On the basis of the above facts and considerations, and in view of the information available, it was concluded that, in accordance with Article 11(3) of the basic Regulation, the current review investigation should be terminated and the anti-dumping duty of 0 % imposed by Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001 on imports of PET film produced and exported to the European Community by Jindal Poly Films Limited should be maintained.
	Ausgehend von den vorgenannten Tatsachen und Erwägungen wird der Schluss gezogen, dass die auf Jindal beschränkte teilweise Interimsüberprüfung gemäß Artikel 11 Absatz 3 der Grundverordnung eingestellt und der infolge der Ausgangsuntersuchung eingeführte Antidumpingzoll von 0 % auf Einfuhren von PET-Folien, die von Jindal hergestellt und in die Europäische Gemeinschaft ausgeführt wurden, aufrechterhalten werden sollten. [EU]	On the basis of the above facts and considerations, it is concluded that, in accordance with Article 11(3) of the basic Regulation, the partial interim review limited to Jindal should be terminated and the anti-dumping duty of 0 % imposed in the original investigation on imports of PET film produced and exported to the European Community by Jindal should be maintained.
