(1) Artikel 21 des Abkommens über die Zusammenarbeit und eine Zollunion zwischen der Europäischen Gemeinschaft und ihren Mitgliedstaaten einerseits und der Republik San Marino andererseits (im Folgenden "Abkommen") legt die Grundsätze für die Koordinierung der Systeme der sozialen Sicherheit San Marinos und der Mitgliedstaaten fest.
