	MARKTMISSBRAUCHSREGELUNG FÜR AUKTIONSOBJEKTE [EU]	MARKET ABUSE REGIME APPLICABLE TO AUCTIONED PRODUCTS
	Personen, die bei einer Auktionsplattform, beim Auktionator oder bei der Auktionsaufsicht Führungsaufgaben wahrnehmen, sowie gegebenenfalls in enger Beziehung zu ihnen stehende Personen, unterrichten zumindest die zuständige einzelstaatliche Behörde gemäß Absatz 1 über Gebote, die sie auf eigene Rechnung für Auktionsobjekte, deren Derivate oder andere damit verbundene Finanzinstrumente eingestellt, geändert oder zurückgezogen haben. [EU]	Persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the auction platform, the auctioneer, or the auction monitor and, where applicable, persons closely associated with them, shall, at least, notify to the competent national authority referred to in paragraph 1, the existence of bids submitted, modified or withdrawn on their own account relating to the auctioned products, or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them.
