	Aus den aufgeführten Gründen sollten daher gegenüber Einfuhren von HFG mit Ursprung in der VR China nach Artikel 9 Absatz 4 der Grundverordnung, d. h. nach der so genannten Regel des niedrigeren Zolls, endgültige Antidumpingzölle in Höhe der Dumpingspanne oder der Schadensspanne eingeführt werden, je nachdem, welche Spanne niedriger ist. [EU]	In the light of the foregoing, it is considered that, in accordance with Article 9(4) of the basic Regulation, definitive anti-dumping measures should be imposed in respect of imports of HTY originating in the PRC at the level of the lower of the dumping and the injury margins, in accordance with the lesser duty rule.

	Bekanntlich besteht der Wirtschaftszweig der Union aus vier Herstellern in verschiedenen Mitgliedstaaten, bei denen über 1300 Personen mit Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit HFG direkt beschäftigt sind. [EU]	It is recalled that the Union industry is composed of four producers located in different Member States, employing directly over 1300 people in activities related to HTY.
	Bestätigt wird aber, dass der durchschnittliche Gewinn in dieser Branche mit Produkten, für die HFG verwendet werden, bei rund 3 % liegt. [EU]	The average profit achieved in this sector on products using HTY is confirmed to be around 3 %.
	Dafür war hauptsächlich der gestiegene Preis für PET-Chips, dem wichtigsten Rohstoff bei der Produktion von HFG, verantwortlich. [EU]	This was mainly due to an increase in the price of PET chips which is the main raw material used in the HTY production.
	Das Verfahren wurde aufgrund eines Antrags eingeleitet, der am 27.
