4. Bis zum 1. Januar 2017 kann ein Mitgliedstaat, der auch Vertragspartei des Übereinkommens der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation über die Befähigungsausweise der Vollmatrosen, 1946 (Übereinkommen 74) ist, weiterhin Zeugnisse und Vermerke nach den Bestimmungen jenes Übereinkommens erneuern und ihre Gültigkeitsdauer verlängern.
