	Ab dem 11. Juli 2013, macht ein Händler, der in einem Mitgliedstaat ein kosmetisches Mittel, das bereits in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat in Verkehr gebracht wurde, bereitstellt und auf eigene Initiative ein Element der Kennzeichnung dieses Produkts gemäß nationalem Recht übersetzt, auf elektronischem Weg der Kommission folgende Informationen zugänglich: [EU]	As from 11 July 2013, a distributor who makes available in a Member State a cosmetic product already placed on the market in another Member State and translates, on his own initiative, any element of the labelling of that product in order to comply with national law, shall submit, by electronic means, the following information to the Commission:

[EU]	Moreover, under Article 7a of Directive 76/768/EEC, the manufacturer or his agent or the person to whose order a cosmetic product is manufactured or the person responsible for placing an imported cosmetic product on the Community market must, for control purposes, keep information on the proof of the effect claimed for the cosmetic product, where justified by the nature of the effect or product, readily accessible to the competent authorities of the Member State concerned.

[EU]	For an imported cosmetic product, each importer shall be the responsible person for the specific cosmetic product he places on the market.
