	Aus den dargelegten Gründen kann der Schluss gezogen werden, dass die Interessen der Gemeinschaft im Sinne des Artikels 12 Absatz 1 der Handelshemmnisverordnung ein Eingreifen im Rahmen der WTO erfordern, um eine rasche Aufhebung der indischen Zusatzabgabe auf eingeführte Weine und Spirituosen, der indischen Sonderzusatzabgabe auf eingeführte Spirituosen sowie des Verkaufsverbots für eingeführte Weine und Spirituosen im indischen Bundesstaat Tamil Nadu zu erreichen, die gegen grundlegende WTO-Bestimmungen verstoßen und ein Handelshemmnis im Sinne des Artikels 2 Absatz 1 der Handelshemmnisverordnung darstellen. [EU]	On the basis of the above, it can be concluded that it is in the Community's interest in the sense of Article 12(1) of the Trade Barriers Regulation to take action, within the WTO framework, to seek a rapid removal of the Indian Additional Duty on imported wines and spirits, the Indian Extra Additional Duty on imported spirits and the ban on sale of imported wines and spirits in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu, which represent a breach of fundamental WTO rules and an obstacle to trade in the sense of Article 2(1) of the Trade Barriers Regulation.
