[EU]	Given the above, it was concluded that the gas prices paid by the Ukrainian exporting producers, which were in direct relation with the export price declared by OAO Gazprom for exports to Ukraine and which was found to be very likely influenced by an existing barter trade agreement, did not reasonably reflect the costs associated with production and sale of the gas purchased.
