	(1) Bis zum 31. 	Anträge auf Anerkennung als Erzeuger- oder Branchenorganisation sind bei dem Mitgliedstaat einzureichen, in dem die Organisation ihren Sitz hat, und sind auch von ihm zu prüfen. 	Beide Branchenbeiträge wurden durch die Entscheidung 99-1 vom 17. Dezember 1999 aufgehoben und durch einen Branchenbeitrag für die Finanzierung von Werbekampagnen und betrieblichen Maßnahmen zugunsten der AOC "Banyuls", "Banyuls Grand Cru", "Muscat de Rivesaltes", "Rivesaltes", "Grand Roussillon" und "Maury" ersetzt.
