	Nach Artikel 24 SIS-II-Verordnung kann ein Drittstaatsangehöriger zur Einreise- oder Aufenthaltsverweigerung im SIS II ausgeschrieben werden, wenn eine nationale Ausschreibung aufgrund einer Gefahr für die öffentliche Sicherheit oder Ordnung oder die nationale Sicherheit ergangen ist. 	Nach Artikel 26 SIS-II-Verordnung wird ein Drittstaatsangehöriger, gegen den eine restriktive Maßnahme im Einklang mit Artikel 15 des Vertrags über die Europäische Union erlassen wurde, mit der seine Einreise in das Hoheitsgebiet von Mitgliedstaaten oder seine Durchreise durch dieses Hoheitsgebiet verhindert werden soll, unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen ebenfalls ausgeschrieben.
