	2004 befreite der Rat mit der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 991/2004 die im Rahmen spezieller Verpflichtungen (nachstehend "Erweiterungsverpflichtungen" genannt) erfolgenden Einfuhren in die neuen Mitgliedstaaten, die der Europäischen Union am 1. Mai 2004 beigetreten sind (nachstehend "EU-10" genannt), von den Antidumpingzöllen und ermächtigte die Kommission, diese Erweiterungsverpflichtungen anzunehmen.
