	Artikel 2 Absatz 6 Buchstabe b konnte ebenfalls nicht angewandt werden, da die Herstellkosten des Antragstellers für Waren, die zu derselben allgemeinen Warengruppe gehören, aus den unter Randnummer 19 genannten Gründen hinsichtlich der Gaspreise ebenfalls berichtigt werden müssten. [EU]	Article 2(6)(b) was not applicable either, since the applicants manufacturing cost for products belonging to the same general category of goods would also need to be adjusted in respect of gas costs, for the reasons indicated in recital 19.

[EU]	Furthermore, as regards costs, even if gas prices paid by the applicant covered the unit cost of production and sales of gas incurred by its provider, this argument is irrelevant since the market price of gas is not necessarily linked to the costs of its production and sales.
