[EU]	In consideration of its particularly valuable cooperation during the procedure (especially insofar as the involvement of Deltafina is concerned) and of the fact that it never contested the facts as set out in the Statement of Objections, Taes should be granted a 40 % reduction of the fine that would have been imposed if it had not cooperated with the Commission in accordance with the first and second indent of Section D(2) of the 1996 Leniency Notice.
