	Aus dieser Überprüfung wird der Schluss gezogen, dass für die kooperierenden ausführenden Hersteller keine Übernahme der geltenden Maßnahmen im Sinne des Artikels 12 Absatz 2 der Grundverordnung vorlag, da weder ein Rückgang der Ausfuhrpreise noch eine unzureichende Erhöhung der Weiterverkaufspreise oder der späteren Verkaufspreise für die betroffene Ware festgestellt wurde. [EU]	It was concluded as the result of the present reinvestigation that absorption in the meaning of Article 12(2) of the basic Regulation of the measures in place could not be established for the co-operating exporting producers, since neither a decrease in export prices nor an insufficient movement in resale prices or subsequent selling prices for the product concerned was found.
	Außerdem wurden nach Artikel 12 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 384/96 für chinesische ausführende Hersteller mit individuellen Zollsätzen, die bei der erneuten Untersuchung nicht kooperierten, höhere Antidumpingzölle festgesetzt. [EU]	The product concerned by the request and for which the reinvestigation was initiated is the same as in the original investigation, i.e. sodium cyclamate, currently classifiable under CN code ex29299000.
	Bei diesem Vergleich kooperierten fünf Einführer, auf die im UZÜ ein erheblicher Teil der Einfuhren der betroffenen Ware in die Gemeinschaft entfiel. [EU]	In this respect, five importers, accounting for a significant amount of imports of the product concerned into the Community during the reinvestigation IP, co-operated and provided data.
	Da die beiden bei dieser Überprüfung kooperierenden ausführenden Hersteller im UZÜ mengenmäßig mehr als 85 % der betroffenen Ware in die Gemeinschaft ausführten, und die Kooperationsbereitschaft damit als hoch angesehen wurde, wurden ihre Feststellungen als für das Ausfuhrland insgesamt repräsentativ betrachtet. Ltd, Foshan [9].
