With respect to eligibility criteria it is noted that the relevant provisions mention inter alia the obligation that products are within the range described in the High and New Tech Fields under the Key Support of the State and that enterprises have been incessantly carrying out research and development activities for the purpose of acquiring new knowledge of science and technology, innovatively employing new knowledge or substantially improving technologies or products.

Vor einer Entscheidung über die Zertifizierung als Unternehmen in den Bereichen Hochtechnologie und neue Technologien kann diese Abteilung unter anderem beschließen, direkt beim Antragsteller eine Untersuchung vor Ort durchzuführen. [EU]

Before taking any decision on the issuance of the certificate of High and New Tech Enterprise, the latter can also decide to carry out an investigation directly at the premises of the applicant.
