obliges
the
Member
States
to
organise
themselves
in
the
field
of
statistics
and
fully
cooperate
with
the
ESCB
in
order
to
ensure
the
fulfilment
of
the
obligations
arising
out
of
Article
5
of
the
Statute
of
the
ESCB
.

agents

comply

reporting

in
ECB
regulations

bestimmte

Leitlinie
wahrzunehmende
Aufgaben
eine
Zusammenarbeit
zwischen
dem
ESZB
und
den
zuständigen
nationalen
Behörden
erforderlich
. [EU]
Therefore
,
some
of
the
tasks
to
be
undertaken
under
this
Guideline
require
cooperation
between
the
ESCB
and
the
competent
national
authorities
,
in
line
with
Article
5.1
of
the
Statute
and
Article
4
of
Council
Regulation
(EC)
No
2533/98
of
23
November
1998
concerning
the
collection
of
statistical
information
by
the
European
Central
Bank
[1].

hat
gemäß
Artikel
3
der
Verordnung

EG

Nr

die
EZB
den
tatsächlichen
Kreis
der
Berichtspflichtigen
aus
den
Reihen
des
Referenzkreises
der
Berichtspflichtigen
zu
bestimmen
.
Zugleich
ist
die
EZB
berechtigt
,
bestimmte
Gruppen
von
Berichtspflichtigen
ganz
oder
teilweise
von
deren
statistischen
Berichtspflichten
zu
entbinden

Furthermore
,
Article
3
of
Regulation
(EC)

2533/98
requires
the
EC
B
to
specify
the
actual
reporting
population
within
the
limits
of
the
reference
reporting
population
and
entitles
it
fully
or
partly
to
exempt
specific
classes
of
reporting
agents
from
its
statistical
reporting
requirements
.

Damit
die
Verordnung
(
EG
)
Nr
.
2533/98
weiterhin
als
wirksames
Instrument
der
EZB
für
die
Erfüllung
der
Aufgaben
der
statistischen
Datenerhebung
des
ESZB
genutzt
werden
kann
und
um
sicherzustellen
,
dass
die
EZB
weiterhin
über
statistische
Daten
der
erforderlichen
Qualität
im
Hinblick
auf
den
gesamten
Aufgabenbereich
des
ESZB
verfügen
kann
,
ist
es
unerlässlich
,
den
Umfang
der
Berichtspflichten
gemäß
der
genannten
Verordnung
zu
überprüfen
