[EU]	The last addendum of the European Union Risk Assessment Report [2] established under Council Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 of 23 March 1993 on the evaluation and control of the risks of existing substances [3] concluded that SCCPs meet the criteria for a persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) substance and also identified further environmental risks for back coating of textiles and for rubber compounding/conversion.
	C10-C13-Chloralkane (kurzkettige Chlorparaffine - SCCP) sind nach den in Anhang XIII der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 enthaltenen Kriterien für die Aufnahme in deren Anhang XIV im Sinne des Artikels 57 Buchstabe d bzw. e persistent, bioakkumulierbar und toxisch sowie sehr persistent and sehr bioakkumulierbar.
