Ad-hoc-Beihilfen, die alle Bedingungen dieser Verordnung erfüllen, sind mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt im Sinne von Artikel 87 Absatz 3 Buchstabe c EG-Vertrag vereinbar und von der Anmeldepflicht gemäß Artikel 88 Absatz 3 EG-Vertrag freigestellt, sofern die Kurzbeschreibung gemäß Artikel 25 Absatz 1 vorgelegt wurde und in der Beihilfe ausdrücklich unter Angabe des Titels sowie der Fundstelle im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union auf diese Verordnung verwiesen wird. Ad-hoc aid, fulfilling all the conditions of this Regulation, shall be compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty and shall be exempt from the notification requirement of Article 88(3) of the Treaty provided that the summary information provided for in Article 25(1) has been submitted and that the aid contains an express reference to this Regulation, by citing its title and publication reference in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Ad-hoc-Beihilfen, die alle Voraussetzungen des Kapitels I erfüllen sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Kapitels II entsprechen, sind im Sinne von Artikel 87 Absatz 3 EG-Vertrag mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar und von der Anmeldepflicht nach Artikel 88 Absatz 3 EG-Vertrag freigestellt, wenn diese Beihilfen einen ausdrücklichen Verweis auf die einschlägigen Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung unter Angabe der einschlägigen Bestimmungen, des Titels dieser Verordnung sowie der Fundstelle im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union enthalten. Ad hoc aid fulfilling all the conditions of Chapter I of this Regulation, as well as the relevant provisions of Chapter II of this Regulation, shall be compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3) of the Treaty and shall be exempt from the notification requirement of Article 88(3) of the Treaty provided that the aid contains an express reference to the relevant provisions of this Regulation, by citing the relevant provisions, the title of this Regulation and its publication reference in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Anhand der Stellungnahme des gemäß Artikel 5 der Richtlinie 98/34/EG eingerichteten Ausschusses beschließt die Kommission, ob die Fundstelle der betreffenden harmonisierten Norm im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union zu veröffentlichen, nicht zu veröffentlichen, unter Vorbehalt zu veröffentlichen, zu belassen, unter Vorbehalt zu belassen oder zu streichen ist. In the light of the opinion of the Committee set up pursuant to Article 5 of Directive 98/34/EC, the Commission shall decide to publish, not to publish, to publish with restriction, to maintain, to maintain with restriction or to withdraw the references to the harmonised standard concerned in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Where a Member State intends to grant de minimis aid under this Regulation to an undertaking, it shall inform that undertaking in writing of the prospective amount of the aid expressed as gross grant equivalent, of the service of general economic interest in respect of which it is granted and of the de minimis character of the aid, making express reference to this Regulation and citing its title and publication reference in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Aid schemes fulfilling all the conditions set out in this Regulation shall be compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty and shall be exempt from the notification requirement of Article 88(3) of the Treaty provided that the summary information provided for in Article 25(1) has been submitted, that any individual aid that could be awarded under such scheme fulfils all the conditions of this Regulation, and that the scheme contains an express reference to this Regulation, by citing its title and publication reference in the Official Journal of the European Union.
