[EU]	It is also appropriate that food enzymes obtained from micro-organisms which have a status of QPS or from micro-organisms which have been used in the production of food enzymes that have been evaluated and authorised by the competent authorities in France or Denmark in accordance with the SCF guidelines of 1992 may be grouped under one application under the same conditions.
	Nach Artikel 4 Absatz 2 Ziffer iii der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2037/2000 kann von Artikel 4 Absatz 2 Ziffer i Buchstabe d abgewichen werden, wenn Methylbromid für die Verwendung für den Quarantänebereich oder für die Behandlung vor dem Transport produziert oder eingeführt wird. [EU]	Article 4(2)(iii) of Regulation (EC) No 2037/2000 allows a derogation from Article 4(2)(i)(d) if methyl bromide is imported or produced for quarantine and pre-shipment (QPS) applications.
