	Die gleichzeitige Anwendung von Artikel 3 des EWR-Abkommens und Artikel 14 des Überwachungs- und Gerichtshofabkommens führen nicht dazu, dass für die Überwachungsbehörde ein absolutes Verbot besteht, den einzelstaatlichen Gerichten Informationen zu übermitteln, die unter das Berufsgeheimnis fallen. [EU]	The combined reading of Articles 3 and 122 of the EEA Agreement and Article 14 of the Surveillance and Court Agreement does not lead to an absolute prohibition for the Authority to transmit to national courts information covered by professional secrecy.

[EU]	This also means that, where a challenge under Article 36 of the Surveillance and Court Agreement would have been possible, the national court may not suspend the execution of the recovery decision on grounds linked to the validity of the decision of the Authority [91].
