	Artikel 13 Absätze 1 bis 3 gelten nur für Einspruchsverfahren, bei denen der Sechsmonatszeitraum gemäß Artikel 7 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens der vorliegenden Verordnung noch nicht begonnen hat. 	Auf Anfrage einer gemäß Artikel 122 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a anerkannten Erzeugerorganisation, einem gemäß Artikel 123 Absatz 4 anerkannten Branchenverband oder einer Gruppe von Erzeugern oder Verarbeitern gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 kann ein Mitgliedstaat für einen bestimmten Zeitraum verbindliche Bestimmungen für die Steuerung des Angebots bei Käse mit geschützter Ursprungsbezeichnung oder geschützter geografischer Angabe gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a und b der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 festlegen. [EU]	Upon the request of a producer organisation recognised under point (a) of the first paragraph of Article 122, an interbranch organisation recognised under Article 123(4) or a group of operators referred to in Article 5(1) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006, Member States may lay down, for a limited period of time, binding rules for the regulation of the supply of cheese benefiting from a protected designation of origin or from a protected geographical indication under Article 2(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006.

	Aus den vorgenannten Gründen ist die Bezeichnung "Cordero de Navarra" bzw. "Nafarroako Arkumea" somit gemäß Artikel 7 Absatz 4 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 einzutragen. [EU]	In the light of this information, the designation 'Cordero de Navarra' or 'Nafarroako Arkumea' should be registered in accordance with Article 7(4) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006.
	Aus den vorgenannten Gründen ist die Bezeichnung "Karlovarské oplatky" somit in das Verzeichnis der geschützten Ursprungsbezeichnungen und der geschützten geografischen Angaben einzutragen, wobei jedoch eine Übergangszeit von fünf Jahren gilt, während der die Bezeichnung "Karlsbader Oblaten" unter Umständen weiter verwendet werden darf, die ohne diese Übergangszeit in Widerspruch zu dem Schutz gemäß Artikel 13 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 stehen könnten. [EU]	In the light of the above, the name 'Karlovarské oplatky' should be entered in the Register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications subject to a transitional period of 5 years during which time the term 'Karlsbader Oblaten' may continue to be used in circumstances that, without such a transitional period, could be contrary to the protection provided for by Article 13(1) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006.
	Aus den vorgenannten Gründen ist die Bezeichnung "Karlovarské trojhránky" in das Register der geschützten Ursprungsbezeichnungen und der geschützten geografischen Angaben einzutragen, wobei jedoch eine Übergangszeit von fünf Jahren gilt, während der die Bezeichnung "Karlsbader Oblaten" unter Umständen weiter verwendet werden darf, die ohne diese Übergangszeit im Widerspruch zum Schutz gemäß Artikel 13 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 stehen könnten.
