[EU]	Account taken of the fact that the scheme was found to be specific in line with the provisions of Article 4(2)(a) and 4(2)(b) of the basic Regulation, it was up to the GUAE to prove, in line with the provisions of Article 4(2)(c) of the basic Regulation, its claim that the requests from all parties that have submitted applications for Industrial Licence under Federal Law No 1 of 1979 since the enactment of the law have been approved.
