	Bei der Prüfung tragen die Mitgliedstaaten insbesondere dafür Sorge, dass es weder zu Überschneidungen zwischen Anlagenteilen noch zu Doppelzählungen kommt. 	Die Mitgliedstaaten unterteilen die betreffende Anlage gemäß Artikel 6 dieses Beschlusses in Anlagenteile und verpflichten den Anlagenbetreiber, zusammen mit dem Antrag gemäß Absatz 1 alle maßgeblichen Informationen und Daten zu den in Anhang V festgelegten Parametern für jeden Anlagenteil separat an die zuständige Behörde zu übermitteln. [EU]	Member States shall divide the installation concerned in sub-installations in accordance with Article 6 of this Decision and shall require the operator to submit together with the application referred to in paragraph 1 all relevant information and data regarding each parameter listed in Annex V for each sub-installation separately to the competent authority.

	Die vorläufige Jahresgesamtmenge der kostenlos zuzuteilenden Emissionszertifikate entspricht der Summe der gemäß Absatz 1 berechneten vorläufigen jährlichen Anzahl der allen Anlagenteilen kostenlos zuzuteilenden Emissionszertifikate und der zusätzlichen Zertifikate gemäß Absatz 2. Juni 2011 wesentlich erweitert wurde, bestimmen die Mitgliedstaaten gemäß Absatz 1 die Aktivitätsraten nur für die zusätzliche Kapazität der Anlagenteile, auf die sich die wesentliche Kapazitätserweiterung bezieht. [EU]	For installations which had a significant capacity extension after 30 June 2011, Member States shall determine in accordance with paragraph 1 the activity levels only for the added capacity of the sub-installations to which the significant capacity extension relates.

Juni 2011 wesentlich verringert wurde, bestimmen die Mitgliedstaaten gemäß Absatz 1 die Aktivitätsraten nur für die stillgelegte Kapazität der Anlagenteile, auf die sich die wesentliche Kapazitätsverringerung bezieht. [EU]	For installations which had a significant capacity reduction after 30 June 2011, Member States shall determine in accordance with paragraph 1 the activity levels only for the reduced capacity of the sub-installations to which the significant capacity reduction relates.

	Für Anlagenteile mit Wärme-Benchmark, Anlagenteile mit Brennstoff-Benchmark und Anlagenteile mit Prozessemissionen bestimmen die Mitgliedstaaten anhand von NACE- oder PRODCOM-Codes zweifelsfrei, ob der jeweilige Prozess einen Sektor oder Teilsektor betrifft, von dem gemäß dem Beschluss 2010/2/EU der Kommission angenommen wird, dass er einem erheblichen Risiko einer Verlagerung von CO2-Emissionen ausgesetzt ist. [EU]	For heat benchmark sub-installations, fuel benchmark sub-installations and process emissions sub-installations, Member States shall clearly distinguish on the basis of NACE and Prodcom codes between whether or not the relevant process serves a sector or subsector deemed to be exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage as determined by Decision 2010/2/EU.
