[EU]	The applicant further claimed that the price at Waidhaus should have been adjusted for quality, availability, marketability, transportation and other conditions of sale which would be different in the export and the domestic market of natural gas.
	Der Antragsteller brachte des Weiteren vor, sogar dann, wenn seine Erdgaskosten auf dem Inlandsmarkt berichtigt werden müssten, stelle der Waidhaus-Preis für russisches Erdgas keine zuverlässige Grundlage für eine solche Berichtigung dar, da dieser Preis in langfristigen Erdgaslieferverträgen festgesetzt sei, deren Preisberechnungsformel an die Preise für Erdölerzeugnisse geknüpft und mithin von den Kosten für die Produktion und Lieferung von Gas an den Antragsteller in Russland unabhängig sei. [EU]	The applicant further argued that even in case that an adjustment was to be made to its cost of natural gas on the domestic market, Waidhaus price for Russian natural gas was not a reliable basis for such an adjustment since that price is set according to long term gas contracts under which the price formula is linked to oil product prices and thus unrelated to the costs of producing and delivering gas to the applicant in Russia.
