Als Reaktion auf den Prüfungsbericht des externen Laboratoriums legte der Antragsteller die Ergebnisse der Prüfungen vor, die von einem Unionshersteller an denselben Mustern von Rollen für den Rotationsdruck vorgenommen wurden, die auch von dem externen Laboratorium geprüft worden sein sollen. In response to the external laboratory's test report, the complainant provided the results of the testing performed by one of the Union producers on the same samples of web rolls that were allegedly tested by the external laboratory.

Als Reaktion auf den Prüfungsbericht des externen Laboratoriums legte der Antragsteller die Ergebnisse der Prüfung vor, die von einem der Unionshersteller mit denselben Mustern von Rollen für den Rotationsdruck, die angeblich auch von dem externen Laboratorium geprüft worden waren, durchgeführt wurde. Aufgrund der Schlussfolgerungen unter den Randnummern 20 und 22 gelten GFP für Rotationsdruck und GFP für Bogendruck indessen als zwei unterschiedliche Waren, weshalb dieses Vorbringen zurückgewiesen werden musste. [EU]
